Set in 14 acres of landscaped grounds at Pera's HQ operation in the heart of Leicestershire, Pera's East Midlands conference centre provides the ideal professional environment, whilst also offering easy access to both the motorway network and East Midlands Airport - ideal for events that attract delegates from around the UK. A Flexible Approach At Pera, we understand the importance of flexibility, and offer a wide range of layout options across our facilities, tailored to suit your individual needs Audio Visual As would be expected of a first class facility, the full range of audio visual facilities are of course available, including LCD projector and laptop, OHP, TV and video equipment. First Class Catering We have developed a range of first class menus many of which feature local produce - indeed one in particular showcases East Midlands Cuisine. We can of course also cater for any special requirements you or your delegates may have including vegan, vegetarian, wheat free etc. The first class conference facilities at the Innovation Park include: A conference hall to seat 500 theatre or 340 cabaret style Large scale foyer ideal for small scale exhibitions and web demonstrations A suite of five meeting rooms with adjacent informal seating/exhibition space Additional meeting rooms to seat from 8 - 80 Free car parking for up to 300 cars We can even provide a helipad if required! At Pera, we can offer much more than just a venue, and can project management your event from concept, through design, literature production, marketing to ultimate delivery. Our team will work with you to develop the concept and theme for your event, provide promotional literature, and utilise their extensive marketing database to manage direct marketing campaigns and attract both delegates and exhibitors. We can also support the success of events by using our extensive contacts in industry to identify and secure high level speakers.
