Well first of all we're about much more than putting ink on paper - a good printer should be able to make a really valued contribution to your business, but how we can help varies from business to business...

Quality counts. Since Haven Colourprint UK was established in 1981, we've always put quality as high on the agenda as customer service. Over the years we've constantly refined procedures, implemented training, invested in equipment and bought the best products to make sure that a commitment to quality runs right through the company.

Only branded papers are used - yes, we could save a few pounds by shopping around for cheaper papers, but would you be happy if we couldn't guarantee a consistent quality throughout the job?

We only use inks we can trust - before we use any ink, we insist on running full press trials to prove that we can get the best lift and sharpest dot. Many printers would consider the press-time trials to be too expensive, but for the benefit of our customers we'd rather work this way so we can be confident of delivering consistently good results.

Good housekeeping - we're almost obsessive about checking and calibrating our equipment, but if it means proofs are going to be accurate, tints are going to be correct, and our printing will be clean and sharp, we think it's time well spent.

Quality control procedures and reviews - we run to strict quality control procedures which mean every stage of your job is checked before it can be passed to the next operation, and then each and every month, the whole company gets together to look back on what we've done and see where any improvements can be made.
