Bodies in Balance is run by Rebecca Downes. Rebecca was trained professionally as a ballet dancer and has since undertaken training to reflect her keen interest in the health and well being of the whole person. As such she teaches pilates and runs a reflexology practice in the Lincoln area where she has a special interest in the field of maternity reflexology.
