How does the site registration work?

The registration is broken down into a few simple steps:

• Click the signup link on the menu above
• Enter your details and choose the type of seller you are
• Enter your payment details
• When payment is received your property listing is reviewed and added to our database
• Your property will be listed on our site for 3 months from the date of activation!

Why do I get a username and password?

This allows you to login and view any messages you may have received from interested buyers. You can also add new properties or increase the amount of time your listing is placed on the site.

How long will my property be advertised on the site for?

The default time is 3 months although more time can be purchased from your control panel or by contacting us

How can I promote my property even more?

By placing your property as a featured advertisement you will be placed on the featured properties list as well as the front page of the site. It increases your visibility, leading to more buyers viewing your sites. It is also important to have at least one photo of the property as this increases your adverts impact dramatically.
